Early Bird Registration ends January 31st, 2025. Registrations postmarked after January 31 are considered as Standard. Standard Registration Ends on February 17th 2025. Registrations postmarked after that are considered Onsite.

Please note: By joining PIUG before January 1, 2025, not only will your membership dues include all benefits of membership throughout 2025, but you will save the incease of our membership fees for the year. Refund Policy:

If cancellation is received prior to January 31st, 2025, a full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administration fee.
Between February 1st and February 14th, refunds will be granted at 50% of paid rate.
Registration fees are not refundable after February 14th, 2025.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to Christopher Baldwin at treasurer@piug.org.
