Conference RegistrationRegistration for the Annual covers all events from Sunday evening through Wednesday afternoon and those who pay in-person fees may also access recorded sessions during or after the conference ends. Virtual Registration Fees (Virtual registration rates opened April 3rd, 2025)
Presentations and WorkshopsAll presentations and workshops from May 4th - May 7th will be accessible through the meeting app beginning on May 4th, 2025. To qualify for the member registration fee, the registrant must have renewed their membership in PIUG for 2025. To establish or renew PIUG membership, go to the PIUG Membership page. If you let membership lapse for 2025, you will be invoiced for the renewal fee. Registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during meeting breaks Monday-Wednesday, the Sunday Welcome Reception as well as Social Times on Monday and Tuesday evenings with appetizers and drinks. AIIP & PTRC Member rates refers to those AIIP & PTRC Members who are not already members of PIUG. You may register at the discounted rates using a special code available through PIUG by emailing Admin@piug.org. Virtual Registration Information Virtual Registration will include access to all scheduled talks and workshops which will be streamed live. As with past conferences since 2019, the sessions that will be streamed and/or recorded will be posted in the app for later access by all registrants whether in-person or virtual. The only portions that will not be streamed will be the Unconference Sessions, breaks, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, social hours and reception.
Additional Important InformationBring-a-Friend PromotionIntroduce PIUG to your friends and receive 10% off your registration fees with every friend you refer! The process is simple. Invite your friends to register for the 2025 PIUG Annual Conference and have them pay their invoice. You register for the annual conference but be sure to hold off on paying your invoice. After March 22nd, 2025 and once all your friends have registered, send an email to admin@piug.org with your invoice number and the email addresses (PIUG IDs) of the friends you referred. Once your friends have been confirmed, a revised invoice will be sent back to you with your discount applied. Pay the revised invoice and you are ready to go! Early Bird Deadline for In-Person Registration RatesThe deadline for early bird registration is 11:59 pm EST on April 11th, 2025. Web registrations must be entered by 11:59 pm EST on April 11th to qualify.Substitutions, Cancellations and RefundsIf cancellation is received in writing by 11:59 pm EDT on April 11th, a refund of 90% of the registration fee will be provided. From April 12th until April 27th, the refund will only be 50%. No refunds will be provided after April 27th. All cancellations must be sent in writing to treasurer@piug.org by email or by fax at +1 (302) 660-3276. If you wish to substitute a name for a paid registration, the request must be sent to admin@piug.org by 11:59 pm EDT on April 27th. Substitutions received by this date will be honored without penalty. No substitutions will be permitted after this date. On-site RegistrationsOn-site registrations will be available at no additional fee above the registration fee indicated above for on-site registration. However, you should contact admin@piug.org to determine if space is still available prior to making your travel plans. |
