Where Search Strategy Meets Machine Intelligence

We are accepting proposals from all areas of the patent professional community including attorneys, agents, examiners, academics, government representatives, corporate searchers, and information professionals.

Accepted topics include all sectors of patent information and technological areas including chemical, engineering, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. Patent searching and analysis topics with emphasis on practical applications and use cases are favored.

General Guidelines for Submitting Proposals

• Submit proposals to SPEAKER PROPOSAL
• Information need include title, abstract (max. 200 words), speaker name, affiliation, brief biography, photo and full contact information.
• Presentations are typically 20-30 minutes including time for questions and answers
• Proposals for panel discussion topics are also considered
• Do not include confidential or business-sensitive information in your abstract

Deadline for proposals in December 18, 2026
