CIIPM continues its programme of virtual training courses over the summer, with Commercial Patent Search & Analysis (CPSA), taking place on 13-14 July, and IP Matters on 11-12 August.
The CPSA training course covers search, analysis and reporting techniques to prepare patent landscape reports for business decision making. Attendees will learn how to construct and perform business-focused patent searches, how to analyse the results and what to include in a patent landscape report.
Previous course attendees valued the “Balance of breadth & detail, reflecting the experience of the instructors” and commented that the course provided “Really excellent coverage of how to conduct landscape searches.”
This course will benefit anyone who wants to understand more about using patent information for technical and business purposes, including those working in R&D, technology transfer, strategic business development and competitive intelligence roles, and Intellectual Property (IP) managers.
The Commercial Patent Search & Analysis online course will take place over two 1.5 hour sessions, starting at 2.00 p.m. BST (14:00 UK Time), on 13-14 July. Enrolment costs £190 + VAT for both sessions, including a course workbook, access to commercial databases provided by our sponsors and a certificate of attendance.
