Call for Presentations: How can IP and CI information support decision making in the biotech industry?

We are excited to announce the Call for Presentations for the upcoming Joint Biotech Meeting of the Patent Information Users Group (PIUG) and Pharma & MedTech Information (PhMTI), to be held on February 25-26, 2025 at Kimpton Marlowe in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Join us in exploring how the fusion of intellectual property (IP) and competitive intelligence (CI) search and analysis is driving the future of biotech innovation!

This meeting aims to bring together professionals from the biotechnology IP and CI sectors to explore the critical intersection and synergies between IP information (patents, IP sequences, etc.) and competitive intelligence (drug landscapes, clinical trials, research literature) in the biotech industry.

Focus Areas:

In today's competitive biotechnology landscape, the synergy between patent searching and CI is more crucial than ever. As professionals navigating complex patent landscapes and business environments, we need to identify trends, forecast market shifts, and protect intellectual property.
