PIUG welcomes sponsors and exhibitors at its yearly conferences.  Come and showcase the valuable benefits of your products or services in the friendly, collegial and relaxed environment of the PIUG conferences.  Each year, the PIUG conferences attract delegates from all over the world who work for corporations across a diverse range of technologies as well as universities, government departments, patent offices, law firms and libraries.

We invite you to take a look at last year's conferences to view the robust programs and the listing of our generous sponsors who participated in them both.  The PIUG deeply values our sponsors and exhibitors and we are committed to recognizing your generosity at every opportunity.  In 2023, PIUG once again held both a Biotechnology and an Annual Conference and offered a simplified discount program to our sponsors and exhibitors.  Due to the droop in attendance at the Biotechnology Conference and issues with obtaining a reasonable contract with a hotel in the Cambridge area, at a more desirable time of the year, PIUG has once again made the decision to consolidate int one conference for Chicago, IL in May 2024.   The sponsorship committee is currently reaching out to previous sponsors and exhibitors of our previous year's conferences.
