Abstract:
Increasingly, patent information professionals are being asked to support and influence boardroom decisions. Yet, senior management are usually less interested in the underlying patent analysis that lead to decisions and more interested in the business impact. During this workshop, we will provide guidance and best practices to help you produce and present commercially insightful analytics for board and executive level audiences.
