A patent search to discover Freedom to Operate (FTO) or Freedom to Practice is one of the fundamental searches an Intellectual Property searcher must learn to master. FTO searches provide details on what is legally protected and can yield insight into making informed business decisions.

Breakfast starts at 8:00 am and class starts at 8:30 AM.  All registrations include breakfast, lunch and both AM and PM breaks.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Name changes will be permitted until and including October 26, 2018.  If cancellation is received prior to October 15, 2018, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided.  No refund will be provided after October 21, 2018.  All changes and/or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Ken Koubek at registration@piug.org .
