While our Board meetings cover a range of topics, one recent priority is future conferences. Do we continue as we always have – Biotech in February, Annual in May, Northeast in October? Do we continue with live, in-person events? Should we keep the length of our conferences the same? The current environment has forced us to think about all of these things and determine what is best for the organization, our members and our sponsors. We are excited about the opportunity to do our 2020 annual conference virtually and have partnered with Socio to make it as close to our live event as possible, only virtually! Same generous support from our sponsors, same great line up of speakers, same great line up of vendor-sponsored workshops, including the STN Patent Forum, and same participation from all of you! All great opportunities to learn and network over the course of the week. We hope you can join us! Details will be posted over the coming weeks. Please continue to check our PIUG website - https://www.piug.org/an20meeting/ for updated information. A second priority is our Education & Training initiatives. John Zabilski and his team are working on several ideas that will be benefits to all of our members. Stay tuned for more informaiton in the coming months. We would love to hear your thoughts - we welcome all constructive feedback & suggestions – please reach out and speak up!
