Machine-generated portfolio analytics reports can provide competitive insights into the relative size, strength and value of a patent portfolio and how it compares to other portfolios—and patent landscapes can provide insights for a given technology of interest. Patent watching and surveillance reports provide ongoing monitoring of "news" concerning a patent or portfolio of patents. This presentation will provide practical insights into how these reports can be assembled, and then used.

- Identify possible acquisition targets
