FSTA [Food and Science and Technology Abstracts, see an STN datasheet (Sep.2020, 9p.)] is produced by IFIS [International Food Information Service] Publishing (UK). It uses a detailed FSTA Thesaurus, which a producer (see a short demo). See also an introduction to FSTA Thesaurus 8th Ed. at GoogleBooks. IFIS also authored Dictionary of food science and technology, Oxford : Blackwell Publishing, 2005 (413 p.); 2nd ed. 2009 (473 p.), based on FSTA Thesaurus; the first edition of the dictionary is available in the Internet Archive Lending Library.
