Virtual Registration
NOTE: This registration is not for streaming the conference, but it allows registrants to access recordings and presentation slides within a few days of presentation. This has been set up due to repeated inquiries by people who are interested in the presentations but are not able to attend in person due to travel, budget or time restrictions. All in-person registrants will be notified when they are available for viewing as well.

Refund Policy:
- If cancellation is received prior to January 31st, 2025, a full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administration fee.
- Between February 1st and February 14th, refunds will be granted at 50% of paid rate.
- Registration fees are not refundable after February 14th, 2025.
- All cancellations must be sent in writing to the PIUG Treasurer at treasurer@piug.org.
