Use the meeting app to attend and manage your experience at the PIUG 2021 Combined Annual and Biotechnology Virtual Conference! Plan your conference schedule on your mobile device or use the online version. Connect with attendees and sponsors via the app. If you have any questions about the app content or problems with downloading it, please contact PIUG at Admin@piug.org or call the PIUG number listed at the bottom of the page.
We’re launching the app in advance to help you start planning your personalized schedule. The app will be updated in real time, so be sure to close out of it after each use and to check back regularly for new sponsors and exhibitors, tools, an interactive game, and much more! New Registrants will be added to the app at least once a day.

- After the app is installed, please Sign Up (not Log In) and setup your Profile!
- Important: Use the same email for the app that you used to register for the conference. If you are not registered for this event, you will not be able to attend the sessions or workshops using the App.
- Under Looking for an event? tap Search for events.

- Keep in mind, we highly recommend using Google Chrome for the best performance. The Web App can be accessed via any device with a browser!
- Sign up and create your profile.

Switching Events
Switching events or communities is quick and easy! Switching is particularly useful when you want tojoin another event or community. You can always return after you leave. Follow the steps below to leave an event or community, in order to join another.

- Meeting Bookshelf - Collection of Features within the Virtual Meeting Book.
- Social Wall – Let everyone know your thoughts by adding text or images to the social wall for all attendees.
- Business Wall - This feature was added this year for posting things related more to professional interests.
- Event Game - Earn Gifts while networking and learning about information products and services.
- Conference Survey – Give feedback on sessions, speakers, and more to help shape future events.
