Convene – Event App from Thomson Reuters

What is Convene?

The PIUG 2016 Annual Conference mobile app is hosted by Thomson Reuters Convene and provides an easy-to-use app for all the information you need on the conference and easy interaction among registrants.

In a single mobile app (iOS, Android, HTML5), you have access to the complete agenda before and during the conference, as well as the option to connect with other attendees. You have the ability to control your privacy and also allow yourself to be reached via social media such as LinkedIn or Twitter.

Why use this app?

Using Convene will give you a digital agenda for the conference as well as information on delegates attending, and speakers and panelists all in a convenient mobile app.

How to use it

Download Convene from the following App Stores

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Amazon App Store
• HTML5 (beta)

Tap on the Main Menu to interact with Convene's core features. Browse the schedule, tap on a session to learn more, and "favorite" (hearts) a session to add it to your favorites menu (upper right corner).

Download the app now, sign in when you receive your account information from PIUG after registering for the Annual Conference, and explore the Conference and attendees via Convene!

We will be looking for feedback concerning its features and any improvements you would like to see in the future with this specific app (or possibly one with more features that is already currently available).
