PIUG Sponsorship Opportunities

PIUG welcomes sponsors and exhibitors at its yearly conferences.  Come and showcase the valuable benefits of your products or services in the friendly, collegial and relaxed environment of the PIUG conferences.  Each year, the PIUG conferences attract delegates from all over the world who work for corporations across a diverse range of technologies as well as universities, government departments, patent offices, law firms and libraries.

in 2026, PIUG has has combined the Biotech Conference and Annual Conference in Philadelphia.  The sponsorship committee is currently reaching out to previous sponsors and exhibitors of our previous year's conferences.  PIUG has also negotiated for a reduced room rate block at the Sonesta Philadelphia which is located two blocks from the Convene Conference Center.  A booking link will be on the Hotel and Travel Page for the Conference.
