In-person Presentations and Workshop

All presentations and workshops from May 2-4 will be accessible through the meeting app beginning on May 9, 2022.

To qualify for the member registration fee, the registrant must have renewed their membership in PIUG for 2022. To establish or renew PIUG membership, go to the PIUG Membership page.

Registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments during meeting breaks Monday-Wednesday, the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Social Time with Food and Beverages on Monday night.

AIIP Member rate refers to those AIIP Members who are not already members of PIUG. You may register at the discounted rates using a special code available through AIIP.

Two Easy Ways to Register in Advance

On the Web

  • Use the online registration process.  (Virtual registration rates open March 7, 2022)
    Reminder: Please make sure you are logged in as a member to guarantee all applicable options are opened to you.
  • Pay by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

By Mail

  • Download the printable form.
  • Before sending payment be sure to read all the instructions below on this registration page (or included on the printable registration forms).  Please notify the Administrative Coordinator by email when mailing the form and payment.
  • Mailed Registration forms MUST be accompanied by check, or money order. Forms received without payment will NOT be processed. Funds must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a US Bank. Checks or money orders should be made payable to PIUG. (For accounting purposes, the PIUG Federal Tax ID number is 38-3449639.)

  • Mail the completed form and payment (check or money order only) to:

Additional Important Information

Access to Conference Presentations for PIUG Members Only

Attendees and speakers who are not members of PIUG will not have post-conference access to the conference presentations posted on the PIUG wiki, which is a PIUG member benefit. To enable post-conference access to PIUG conference presentations, and to also save significantly on PIUG conference registration fees, BECOME A MEMBER of PIUG by going to the PIUG Membership page.

Early Bird Deadline for In-Person Registration Rates

The deadline for early bird registration is 11:59 pm EST on March 27, 2022. Registration forms must be postmarked by that date to qualify for the early bird rate. Web registrations must be entered by 11:59 pm EST on March 27 to qualify.

Substitutions, Cancellations and Refunds

If cancellation is received in writing by 11:59 pm EST on March 27, a refund of 90% of the registration fee will be provided. From March 28 until April 24, the refund will only be 50%. No refunds will be provided after April 24. All cancellations must be sent in writing to treasurer@piug.org by email or by fax at +1 (302) 660-3276. If you wish to substitute a name for a paid registration, the request must be sent to admin@piug.org by 11:59 pm EST on April 22. Substitutions received by this date will be honored without penalty. No substitutions will be permitted after this date.

On-site Registrations

On-site registrations will be available at no additional fee above the registration fee indicated above for on-site registration. However, you should contact admin@piug.org to determine if space is still available prior to making your travel plans.
